Taylor Dewis — Builder & Co-Founder
Taylor has been building since 2006 — it's not just his profession, it's his vocation. Over nearly two decades, he has worked on everything from residential renovations and new builds to large-scale project management during the Christchurch earthquake rebuild, and residential and commercial projects in London. That breadth of experience means Borough Builders brings both hands-on craftsmanship and professional project management to every job.
Taylor is a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP), and registered Master Builder — a mark of the high standards we hold ourselves to.
We've also been through the journey ourselves. Having completed our own architecturally designed home, we understand firsthand the excitement, the decision fatigue, and the trust it takes to hand a vision over to a builder. That experience shapes how we approach every client's project.
